It's a long road has no turn

The road to Dungarven is always windy every time me and Alan go down we say to each other "how bad we have the wind on our backs on the way home" and every time we turn around it`s back in our face again. I like the road down to waterford it's good for training there's plenty of straight good surface and the wind makes up for any lack of hill plus its coastal for some of the way. Today wasn't to bad I suppose we did a hundred miles 50 down and back and then 8 mile run off the bike. I always find it easier to get stuff done earlier in the morning  Just one more long cycle to go....
